Step 1 · Sales & estimating

Understanding your brief

We get to know your product, budget and goals, then suggest the right materials, print processes and finishes, with estimates at every stage.

Step 2 · Structural design

Shaping the pack

We turn a sample of your product into a CAD drawing, then produce cutter templates, 3D visuals and white samples before you commit.

Step 3 · Pre-press

Getting artwork print-ready

Our pre-press team checks every file, helps with artwork when needed, and supplies digital or wet proofs to sign off content and colour.

Step 4 · Print

Litho and digital, side by side

Lithographic presses for volume, plus four HP Indigo digital presses for short runs, multi-SKU orders and personalisation.

Step 5 · Finishing

The details you can feel

Digital embellishment, laser cutting, cutting to size and gluing, so every carton and label looks and works exactly as planned.

Step 6 · Dispatch

Packed and on its way

Finished work is packed on the same site and sent out on time, ready for the shelf.
