Compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards

The Meliora Group operates a Quality and Environmental Management System that is designed to enable the company to achieve total customer satisfaction, continual improvement of our internal processes and compliance with the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and BS EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.

We have carried out a Pandemic risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work here.

The Quality and Environmental Management System of The Meliora Group covers the provision of colour and monochrome printed material.

The management of the company are committed to promoting awareness and understanding of the Quality and Environmental Management System, and ensuring that comprehensive communication occurs throughout the business.

We conduct annual Management Review Meetings in which we set and review our policy and objectives relating to the strategic direction of the company, response times and project completion commitments.

Continual Improvement of the company and its Quality and Environmental Management System are achieved by the setting of goals and objectives based on performance indicators, audits, training needs and customer feedback. Meetings are held on a daily basis to ensure the continued effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental Management System, set goals and objectives, and evaluate any corrective or preventive actions implemented.

The following sections from the ISO 9001:2015 standard do not apply to us:

8.5.2 Validation of processes – It is the nature of our business that each process may be verified by its subsequent outputs. As such, there is no requirement to validate processes by any other means.
